Head of FP&A| Multi-site hospitality| West London| Hybrid| £120-140k plus bonus
A listed multi-site consumer business is looking to recruit a Head of FP&A to join its leadership team.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial insight. Acting as a strategic partner to the Executive team, this role drives informed decision-making through high-quality analysis, robust forecasting, and forward-looking insights.
Main duties include:
* Lead the FP&A and Business Partnering teams
* Partner closely with the Executive team and senior leadership to interpret financial results, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insights
* Ensure business partners effectively support stakeholders in driving performance and identifying opportunities for value creation
* Own the end-to-end planning cycle, including annual budgeting, regular forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of planning processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insight
* Provide clear, concise commentary on financial performance, including key risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
* Deliver in-depth analysis of financial results and key performance indicators, translating data into meaningful business insights
* Lead ad hoc analysis and financial modelling to inform major business decisions
* Serve as a key stakeholder at Investment Board level, ensuring robust financial and commercial governance in decision-making
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, supporting key operational, commercial, and strategic initiatives
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a senior FP&A role. Previous multi-site experience would be highly desirable. Any listed experience would be beneficial. This is a great chance to join a growing business in a senior leadership role
