We're looking for a print or packaging manufacturing experienced Operations Manager or Factory Manager to join our client's large print site in the South, responsible for all on site manufacturing and operations.


For you, the role could be a step up from a Senior Supervisory role or a move from a senior Production, Manufacturing or Operations Management position into a site management role for a large print manufacturer in a critical leadership role. The business is Pan-European manufacturer and you'd be responsible for a key UK manufacturing site reporting into the Divisional General Manager.


You would be responsible for:


1. Overseeing day to day onsite activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations
2. Site leadership and support
3. Directly managing Shift Managers
4. All Dispatch and Goods across multiple sites
5. Site Health, Safety and Compliance
6. Site Engineering and Maintenance
7. Site Print Production (Digital/Litho)
8. All daily performance
9. Site scheduled maintenance
