Job Description:
This role involves selling theatre consumables such as haemostats, dressings, sponges, rolls, balls, and swabs to hospitals, surgeons, theatre leads, and procurement teams. Additionally, you will promote a new wound care portfolio to gain formulary inclusion, focusing on community settings. The territory covers the Midlands and South West regions.
Package: £35k-£50k basic + OTE £22k + £2k for reaching chairman’s club + £5k bonus for top performers + other incentives, Pension, Car allowance, Phone, Laptop, 25 days holiday, Healthcare after 6 months.

Role Responsibilities:
* Sell theatre consumables and wound care products to healthcare professionals
* Develop new business and expand existing accounts
* Engage with surgeons, theatre leads, procurement, and TVNs
* Cover the Midlands and South West regions, with potential team expansion
Candidate Profile:
* Experience selling into theatre or wound care backgrounds preferred
* Outstanding B2B sales record with at least 3 years' experience
* Understanding of customer decision-making processes
* Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or relevant field preferred
* Medical sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
* Results-driven, team-oriented, full driving license
