As our new KS2 Teacher, you’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning. You’ll work closely with a team of enthusiastic teachers and support staff who are always willing to share ideas, resources, and good practice to make learning meaningful and enjoyable for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
2. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
3. Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and subject leaders to support pupil progress
4. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to enhance learning and wellbeing
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its caring ethos

The Successful KS2 Teacher Will Have:
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
11. Experience or a good understanding of teaching within Key Stage 2
12. A creative, caring, and reflective approach to teaching and learning
13. Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
