The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Skilled Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in metal fabrication and welding. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings, ensuring that all architectural metalwork and structural steelwork is fabricated, welded, and assembled to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld architectural metalwork and structural steelwork components to specification.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Carry out MIG/TIG welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, and finishing as required.
* Assemble fabricated components for site installation.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency at all times.
* Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of projects.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in architectural metalwork and/or structural steelwork (essential)
* Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG)
* Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Right to work in the UK (essential)
* Happy to travel to Client sites which may include early start times (06:00 am) and late finishes (6:00 pm) (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
* Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
