Your Key Responsibilities:
HR Management & Advisory
* Develop, review and implement HR policies in line with legal compliance
* Support Line Managers with HR matters including absence, disciplinary, grievances, and flexible working
* Lead or support employee meetings and investigations
* Design and coordinate performance reviews and goal-setting processes
HR Support & Admin
1. Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
2. Manage onboarding processes and employment documentation
