Location: Home-based, covering the beautiful South East (including London, Kent, Sussex, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight)
Salary: £35 per hour

The Role
Are you a passionate Therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? We’re looking for someone like you to join our team as an Associate Therapist. In this fulfilling role, you will:
* Deliver high-quality therapy services to enhance our therapeutic offerings.
* Support the development of a nurturing environment for looked-after children and young people.
* Provide consultation sessions to foster parents facing specific challenges.
* Collaborate with internal staff to address issues related to placements.
* Liaise with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
* Build strong relationships with new foster parents through engaging sessions and workshops.
* Facilitate workshops to promote reflective therapeutic practice and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment (highly beneficial).
* Strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of regulatory policies and processes.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
