Job Advert: Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Uxbridge A forward-thinking, patient-centred GP practice in Uxbridge is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its established clinical team. The practice is a modern, well-regarded training environment with a strong reputation for high QOF achievement. It supports both registrars and medical students, and offers a collaborative working culture. The team currently includes GPs, ANPs, practice nurses, HCAs, and a clinical pharmacist, with additional support from PCN staff such as a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, physiotherapist, social prescriber, mental health nurse, and community matron. The Role The ANP will work as part of the clinical team, managing a wide range of presenting health needs within a primary care setting.
