🔑 What You’ll Do:
1. Lead production planning, aligning schedules with sales forecasts and customer demand.
2. Ensure material availability and inventory accuracy through ERP systems.
3. Optimise resource allocation across labour, materials, and machinery.
4. Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics.
5. Drive continuous improvement and support our Zero Waste Initiative.
