Role Overview
As the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Provide strong, values-led leadership to the service team, ensure delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred support, oversee support planning, risk management, and service user outcomes, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation. Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers. We work closely with the Home Office to prevent illegal working. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary for a successful application, which we will pay for. Sanctuary Supported Living is a trading name of Sanctuary Housing Association and Sanctuary Home Care Limited, both exempt charities.
