About The Role
This is a unique opportunity that offers stable hours within a 5‑day working week, Monday – Friday!
As Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you’ll take ownership of the effective day‑to‑day running of our UK Warehouse, you will ensure that all distribution processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Global Distribution & Customs Compliance Manager, you will focus on physical operations, ensuring accurate stock handling, timely despatch, and streamlined transport coordination. The role also plays a key part in supporting peak periods and delivering on key performance targets across distribution operations.

What You Will Be Doing
* Oversee Goods In, Stock Control, Picking, Despatch, and Transport Booking
* Maintain a safe, compliant, and organised working environment
* Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations
* Drive continuous improvement across warehouse workflows and performance
* Collaborate with global distribution and customs teams for seamless goods movement
* Coach and develop a team of 20+ warehouse professionals, you will have 5 direct reports
* Monitor and report operational KPIs to the Head of Distribution & Customs Compliance
* Support peak periods and project rollouts as required
About You
* Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a retail or distribution setting
* Strong stock control and warehouse systems knowledge
* Experience in outbound transport planning and carrier coordination
* Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Understanding of health & safety and compliance in a warehouse environment
* Team leadership and people development experience
* Confidence using WMS, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
* Existing right to work in the UK
* Offer will be subject to a DBS check prior to start date
