We partner with a variety of primary and secondary SEN schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas, providing exceptional support staff who play a key role in shaping positive learning experiences. As an SEN Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of creating an inclusive space where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
Support students’ learning and personal development with patience and understanding
Champion pupils’ social and emotional well-being, helping them build confidence
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where all children can flourish
Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging and tailored learning experiences
Assist in implementing Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to meet each child’s unique needs
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children or adults, whether in schools or other care settings
Awareness of special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility, resilience, and a positive “can-do” attitude
A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and become more independent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
