Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural machinery both on-site and at the depot. Diagnose and fault-find mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a wide range of farm equipment. Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) in line with manufacturer and company standards. Promote the dealership's products and services when working directly with customers. Attend manufacturer and internal training courses to maintain technical knowledge. Accurately complete job reports, timesheets, and labour hours using an iPhone-based system. Utilise laptop-based diagnostic and service software. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and suppliers.Skills & Experience Proven experience in a similar Agricultural Technician or Service Engineer role.
