We have an opportunity for an Administration Team Manager to join the Heating Services Team based in Larbert this is a full time permanent position

We're looking for a Team Manager to take the reins of our newly-formed Heating Services Administration team a pivotal role that drives operational excellence, team development, and exceptional customer service across the entire customer journey.
What You'll Be Doing
As Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team that ensures customer accounts are accurate, engineer support is efficient, and all administrative touchpoints are handled with precision and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and motivating team members to achieve KPIs and service targets
* Monitoring individual and team performance and driving continuous improvement
* Ensuring high standards of customer communication, service quality, and compliance
* Supporting escalated customer issues and resolving them effectively
* Building cross-functional relationships to improve the overall customer experience
* Deputising for the Head of Heating Services when needed
* Leading team briefings, appraisals, and regular performance reviews
* Promoting a culture of collaboration, engagement, and safety
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident, proactive leader with a passion for developing people and delivering outstanding service. You know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on team management and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You’ll ideally bring:
* Strong experience in customer service and administration
* A proven track record of managing or leading a team
* Excellent coaching, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to analyse performance metrics and drive improvements
* A motivational leadership style and a strong understanding of what drives team engagement
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (essential)
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. ILM, coaching, contact centre) desirable
* Knowledge of the heating services industry desirable but not essential
