The Role - Special Needs Teaching Assistant As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will: Support a small group of primary-aged pupils with Autism and associated behavioural needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies. Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning. Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment. Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and essential social skills.
