Chef Position - Southwater, West Sussex Salary: £12.50-£14.50 per hour (depending on experience) Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week (Tuesday-Sunday; closed Mondays) Are you a calm, organised, and passionate chef looking for a fresh opportunity? We're a busy, independently owned modern pub just outside Horsham, serving high-quality, authentic Greek cuisine. As our new chef, you'll take full responsibility for the kitchen, working independently to deliver outstanding dishes both in-house and through our growing delivery service. About the Role: You'll be the sole chef in the kitchen, preparing fresh, traditional Greek favourites - like gyros and halloumi fries - using top-quality ingredients imported directly from Greece. This is a fantastic role for someone confident working solo, who takes pride in delivering great food in a clean, well-run kitchen.
