Key Responsibilities
Be Inspired
* Join a team recreating some of the world's most iconic vehicles, creating experiences that people will love and remember
* Help build an exciting new AAA IP using industry leading technology
* Collaborate with outstanding people across every discipline to produce a shared creative vision
Be Creative
* Provide IT support to staff via face to face, service desk systems, chat, and video calls
* Extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge to resolve technical issues related to PC Hardware, Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Parsec) is a must have.
* Support development teams using game engines (Unreal Engine), source control systems (Perforce), and project tracking tools (Confluence/ Devops)
* Assist with setup and maintenance of remote access tools, VPNs, and secure file sharing systems
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across cloud-based platforms (e.g., Office 365, Azure AD)
* Coordinate hardware shipments and setups for remote team members, including dev kits, VR headsets, peripherals, and laptops
* Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to an internal knowledge base for faster support
* Collaborate with IT staff and studio operations to improve service quality and automate common tasks
* An ability to manage heavy IT hardware and technical kit moves around the studio on a regular basis
* Assist with managing software licenses
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests in a creative environment
* Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track service requests
* Support the IT team with system updates, patches
* Demonstrated passion for IT and interest in AAA game development
* Solid understanding of Windows and macOS
* Familiarity with networking concepts
* Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
* Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external support when necessary
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and teamwork
