Installations Manager (Loading Bays) Role and Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Foster and enforce a positive health and safety culture, ensuring all on-site works adhere to current legislation and company procedures. * Coordinate with field-based engineers, offering guidance, leadership, and support throughout project delivery. * Lead pre-installation site meetings to ensure full alignment between internal teams, engineers, and clients. * Work closely with the office-based team to manage scheduling, logistics, and reporting for all installation activities. * Act as the main point of contact for technical and operational issues during installations, both on-site and remotely. * Carry out site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly. * Contribute to the recruitment, development, and mentoring of engineering personnel. * Support with site surveys and contribute to planning on complex or large-scale projects.
