Responsibilities in your new role as Chef De Partie
As a Chef De Partie, you will take charge of preparing and cooking exquisite dishes within your designated section. You will manage junior staff, ensuring that food safety, health, and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to. Part of your daily tasks will be to monitor stock levels.
You will also support the Head Chef in Head Chef in delivering an exceptional and timely dining experience while following client instructions to meet their high standards.
