Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retention Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels.
* Prioritise a busy and varied workload.
* Develop and implement a client retention strategy to prevent contract losses.
* Serve as a point of contact for existing customers, listening and acting on concerns and resolving issues promptly.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and report on retention trends.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quality service and manage expectations.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and service improvements.
* Manage contract renewals and support best practices to strengthen client relationships.
* Build long-term customer relationships with clients.

* Experience within a similar role.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good IT skills; diligent with attention to detail.
* Able to stay calm under pressure; self-motivated; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
