Job Description
Liquid Personnel is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients small friendly and flexible team in Bradford working across the city and districts.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out functional assessments and reviews
* Prescribing equipment and minor adaptations
* Supporting independence and wellbeing
* Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and families
* Contributing to safeguarding and risk assessments
* Preparing reports for care planning and legal processes
* Promoting inclusive person-centred practice

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years post-grad experience with adults with learning disabilities neurodiversity or physical disabilities
* HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
* Experience in a local authority setting preferred
* Car driver essential
* Based at Britannia House
