The School of Human and Health Sciences are excited to advertise for the recruitment of a full time, permanent Executive Assistant to join the Dean's Office. In this varied role, you will work closely with the School Senior Leadership Team to support the core business needs and ensure that the School is fully supported. As a member of our busy administrative team, you will provide high level support across a wide range of tasks. You will have demonstrable and relevant professional administrative experience; substantial office/administrative experience including managing busy and complex electronic diaries, servicing committees and minute taking.
You will be a proactive team player who is able to work effectively in a flexible and responsive environment. An ability to manage a high volume of work under your own initiative is also required, as well as a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
We welcome applicants with experience of an Executive Assistant style role and the ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation of own work whilst contributing to a team, effectively managing a diverse workload and strong attention to detail.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
