Your Mission:
As the European ICP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our transformational journey. Reporting to the EU Media/ICP Strategy Director, you will:
* Implement integrated communication strategies that connect with pet parents.
* Drive market connection plans that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
* Collaborate with regional colleagues and brand teams to deploy data-driven media campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
* Degree-qualified or equivalent digital education.
* Significant experience in through-the-line media/comms planning.
* Strong knowledge of the EU media landscape.
* A genuine interest in data-driven marketing and measurable results.
* A passion for pets is a plus!
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Integrated Communications Planning Process:
* Ensure teams meet key milestones and deliverables.
* Foster strong relationships with agency partners to drive strategic initiatives.
* Bring fresh ideas to enhance connections planning.
Manage Advertising Budget:
* Champion the budgeting cycle and lead quarterly reviews.
* Coordinate budget reconciliation with brand teams.
Drive Performance and Data-Driven Strategies:
* Create an omnichannel test and learn agenda.
* Collaborate with teams to integrate performance testing plans.
* Champion new media partners to enhance our communication strategies.
