The role is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a professional welcome while overseeing security, incident response, and day-to-day Lodge management.
You will:
* Lead and motivate a team of Lodge staff, ensuring round-the-clock coverage.
* Manage security, access control, and emergency procedures.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
* Oversee risk assessments, health & safety compliance, and first aid readiness.
* Coordinate with multiple internal departments for smooth operations.
