What the job involves As a Passenger Assistant, you will accompany students with additional needs to and from school/college. You will provide cover for PAs unable to work, primarily during the hours of 07.00-10.00 and 14.00-17.00, Monday through Friday. Your role involves supporting students aged 4-25, ensuring their safety and comfort on Minibus or Taxi journeys across Plymouth and into Devon and Cornwall. You'll also adapt to short-term or long-term cover needs and engage in initial classroom training before starting.
