Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Community Location: Rotherham (Hybrid)Pay Rate: £33 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker on behalf of its client's Adult Community Team based in Rotherham.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Experience supporting older adults or individuals with physical, cognitive, or learning disabilities
* Skilled in Care Act assessments, support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions
* Knowledge of DoLS, including s.21A court work, and ability to work within legal frameworks
* Experienced in safeguarding procedures and conducting Section 42 enquiries under the Care Act
* Familiar with CHC Checklists and DSTs; able to complete home visits with at least 3 days onsite required

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
