We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Leeds office, who is passionate about developing business with new clients and has experience of coaching and developing teams. Our client base has a mixture of entities from large private and Private Equity owned corporates to owner managed businesses. You’ll make an impact by: Leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services on a portfolio of clients, whilst working alongside other service lines and reporting to the Client Relationship Partners on matters of additional advisory and client care Actively participating in business development, working with the Partner Group on business plans and participating in targeting and lead generation Managing the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing and debt recoverability Resource planning, briefing team members and coaching and developing teams to present a premium client experience What we are looking for: We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
