Facilities Electrician – Berkswell

The Role
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a growing facilities management provider delivering electrical installation, maintenance, and inspection works across a wide range of commercial client sites throughout the UK. This is a mobile field-based role covering nationwide locations, carrying out a mix of installation, reactive maintenance, testing, and fault-finding duties across electrical and low-voltage systems. The position offers variety across multiple systems including CCTV, intercoms, fire alarms, and general electrical infrastructure, with regular travel required to different client sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites
* Conduct fault finding and diagnostic investigations
* Carry out electrical inspection and testing (EICR)
* Install, service, and maintain CCTV systems
* Install and maintain intercom systems
* Support fire alarm system maintenance and repairs
* Respond to reactive maintenance callouts
* Work across multiple UK-wide client sites
* Support other trades where required
* Compete all relevant documentation and certification
Requirements
* Proven experience as a qualified electrician in commercial environments
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
* Experience working with CCTV and intercom systems
* Fire alarm system experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel nationally across client sites
* Ability to work independently in the field
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential)
* City & Guilds 2391 – Test & Inspection (essential)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) (essential)
