Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service to support the wide range of clinicians within the teams. We are looking for individuals with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care.


Responsibilities

* Work within a busy integrated and skill mixed team.
* Be confident and empathetic in dealing with sensitive telephone calls and complaints, with an excellent telephone manner.
* Work well as part of a team, providing support for workload and guidance on sensitive patient queries.
* Support the administration function with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills.
* Build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
* Typing letters and maintaining accurate record keeping in our electronic patient record system.
* Concentrate in a busy working environment while maintaining attention to detail.


Qualifications

* Good telephone manner and high level communication skills.
* Excellent typing skill and attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
