The Role
As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant at New Resource Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in connecting outstanding talent with exceptional employers. You will act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, managing the full recruitment cycle with precision, professionalism, and urgency.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue, market share, and profitability in line with strategic division goals.
* Proactively source, engage, and manage a strong pipeline of candidates and clients.
* Build lasting relationships with hiring managers, gaining deep insight into role requirements.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract high-calibre talent.
* Conduct thorough candidate screening, reference checks, and compliance processes.
* Deliver exceptional service levels and maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates.
* Collaborate with senior managers to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
* Manage and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
* Ensure full adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Experience & Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a 360° recruitment role.
* Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employment legislation, and market trends.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous (not essential).
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for client visits and business development.
