Our client offers a wide range of existing top-class products and services. They are seeking an Apprentice Compliance Officer to join their team.
Salary and hours: Full Time - 40 hours, Permanent, Office-Based, 20-month Apprenticeship with qualification to Level 4 Regulatory. Pay: £12 - £16 per hour, subject to age and experience, with potential to enhance – to be discussed with the successful applicant.

Role and Responsibilities
* Support the execution of compliance strategies and enhance customer relationship management efforts
* Learn and apply regulation as a government tool, including how legislation (e.g. LCCP) applies to the business
* Assist with risk-based assessments tailored to operations
* Support proportionate interventions and compliance checks
* Gather and use data to inform decision-making
* Assist in communicating with teams and regulators and provide guidance that drives behavioural change
* Handle non-compliance with professionalism and fairness
* Develop skills in regulatory investigations and audits and using digital tools for compliance
