With consistent year-on-year growth, they are expanding globally. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator to join their Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) team. You'll play a vital role in supporting compliance, safety standards, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment where personal development is prioritised. Key Responsibilities: Support the QESH team : Provide comprehensive administrative support ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements. Manage compliance and training : Maintain company compliance accreditations and create/update training courses within the LMS platform, keeping content current with regulations. Facilitate safety and inductions : Support new starter inductions and complete DSE assessments for office and remote workers, identifying potential risks. Coordinate audits and reporting : Support internal audits across departments, format professional audit reports, and produce clear data analysis reports for management. Oversee safety systems : Maintain the internal passport system, coordinate PPE distribution and inventory, and assist with policy development and insurance coordination. What We're Looking For: Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Technical proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain accurate records. Independent working ability - work with limited supervision using your own initiative to solve problems and prioritise tasks. Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality and ability to connect with diverse audiences. Full UK driving licence for travel to various sites.
