Your Role as a Level 3 Practitioner
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality care and education tailored to each child’s individual needs
* Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
* Collaborating with your team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Following nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
* Supporting children’s physical, emotional, and social development through play and interaction
What We’re Looking For
* ✅ Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
* ✅ Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
* ➕ 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
* ➕ Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
