We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, enabling them to build rapport with clients and effectively negotiate terms.
Duties
* Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
* Provide expert advice on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
* Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exhibit strong visual merchandising skills to aid sales .
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A proactive drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
This position is for a FULL TIME role; candidates with full flexibility will be prioritised. You will be required to work 4/5 out of every 7 days, with some shifts finishing at 8.30pm.
Base rate of pay of £12.50p/h, rising to up to £14 including bonus/OTE.
