Contracts Administrator - 6-Month Government Contract Location: HMP Bure (parking available) Hours: 37 per week | Core hours 10am-3:30pm | Flexible start/finish Work Pattern: Office Monday-Thursday, work from home Fridays (with some flexibility) Contract: 6 months Brook Street is working with our government client to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their Estates and Facilities Management team. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes - making sure the facilities management contract is well-governed, documented, and supported across the region. You'll be working closely with the Regional Contract Administration Manager and Area Property Operations Managers to track performance, handle reports, monitor budgets, and help keep everything compliant and on time. What you'll be doing: Support contract administration for services delivered across the region Track and verify repair work using Planet FME systems Help gather and submit financial and task information for additional works Maintain records of out-of-hours call-outs and associated costs Keep logs updated for tasks, asset changes, and compensation events Ensure all changes are tracked, recorded, and actioned within deadlines Assist in audits, compliance checks, and risk management What we're looking for: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work accurately under pressure Excellent IT and analytical skills Good interpersonal skills - able to work well with different teams Commercial and financial awareness Experience in managing risks and issues in contract management, administration, or similar roles Why join?
