What You’ll Do
Keep our facilities running smoothly! You’ll:
* Support
emergency and routine building repairs.
* Install,
inspect, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
* Assist
with building and grounds upkeep
* Help
maintain boilers, heating, ventilation, and appliances.
* Carry
out repairs on finishes, ceilings, flooring, and roofing.
* Ensure
compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Diagnose
and fix system issues.
* Review
work orders and suggest cost-effective improvements.
