About the role
Social is where the world meets VEED — and motion is what makes people stop and take notice.
We’re looking for a Motion Designer who is obsessed with the new wave of AI video tools and how they can be pushed to make beautifully crafted, social-first content. Prompting is your secret weapon — you know how to coax the best from emerging models, then refine with an eye for detail so the final result feels cinematic, premium, and impossible to ignore.
You’ll be the creative right-hand to our product marketing and social team, shaping motion videos that put VEED at the center of conversation with marketers, creators, investors, and the tech community.
What you\'ll do
* End-to-end production → Edit and assemble short-form videos, combining motion, live action, and product footage into content that feels fast, tight, and platform-native.
* Launch storytelling → Design & edit motion videos that make our product launches unforgettable — crafted for attention and resonance with our audiences.
* Social-first motion (organic & paid) → Engineer motion sequences built for TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, each tailored to the platform’s language.
* AI experimentation → Drive creative exploration with the latest AI motion tools (Runway, Pika, VEO3, etc.), integrating prompting into your design workflow.
* Prompt-driven ideation → Use prompting as a creative tool to concept ideas and accelerate production, then refine outputs into premium, on-brand content.
* Performance mindset → Create motion content designed to drive engagement, watch time, and launch impact — not just aesthetics.
* Craft with detail → Elevate every piece with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual polish — your eye for detail makes VEED stand out.
* Reusable systems → Develop motion templates, toolkits, and playbooks that let the team ship faster without losing quality.
* Cross-team collaboration → Partner with the Social Growth Lead, product marketers, and creatives to bring concepts from storyboard to delivery.
About you
* You’re passionate about motion design and the creative possibilities of AI.
* Strong editing skills — you understand pacing, rhythm, and storytelling for short-form social content.
* Prompting is part of your toolkit — you know how to coax models into producing distinctive, usable results.
* You have a sharp eye for design and storytelling; you refine AI outputs into content that feels intentional and premium.
* You’ve created motion for tech, product, or social-first brands (in-house or freelance).
* Curious, experimental, and always on top of the latest tools, formats, and creative trends — deeply tuned into internet culture and the creators shaping what’s next.
* Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills — you enjoy shaping and iterating ideas as part of a team.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines, and delivering with consistency — while balancing speed with crafted, premium execution.

Where And How We Work
At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. We require 1 day a week in office for London, Amsterdam and Barcelona-based employees and you have flexibility to decide which day.
