**Job Description**
Are you an exceptional **Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)** with a proven track record in leadership? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Home Manager** to provide operational and clinical leadership for our prestigious **nursing home** in Crewe.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the home's performance, CQC compliance, and the delivery of outstanding **elderly care**. You will be the registered manager, leading from the front to ensure the highest standards of **clinical** care and business excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Hold full **Home Manager** responsibility for the overall operation, performance, and CQC compliance of the **nursing home**.
* Provide strong **clinical** leadership, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of person-centred **elderly care**.
* Lead, manage, and develop a large team of **clinical** and non-clinical staff, including **Deputy Managers**, **Clinical Leads**, **Staff Nurses**, and **Healthcare** assistants.

**Essential Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a **Registered Manager** or a strong desire to become one, with a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and fundamental standards.
* Demonstrable experience in **staff management**, **quality audits**, and completing **DOLs applications**.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving business performance.
