In this diverse and hands–on role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for preparing and reviewing management accounts, performing variance analysis, contributing to stock valuations, overseeing payroll, and delivering accurate month–end financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet). You'll play a vital part in driving financial visibility and supporting strategic decisions across the business.
The Role
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support operational and financial planning
* Analyse production costs, variances, and margins, highlighting areas for cost control and process improvement
* Support stock valuation processes and oversee the full payroll cycle
* Take ownership of month–end financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting
