My client, who are a leading Insurtech, are hiring for a Programme Manager to join their Delivery Enablement team. This role is looking for someone to drive the execution of programmes/projects within a portfolio ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes. You will also be required to support the Senior Portfolio Manager with management, delivery oversight and assurance across one or more missions/programmes in a pillar. As well as this, you will also work with various teams to set scope, track progress, and ensure delivery meets business case objectives and KPIs for key programmes in a portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
* Align programme workstreams with business objectives, ensuring clear vision, adaptability, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
* Implement effective governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to organisational and regulatory standards. Monitor progress through different stages, addressing risks and issues promptly.
* Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and external partners to maintain alignment, secure buy-in, and ensure clear communication on programme progress and critical RAIDs.
* Monitor KPIs, milestones, and business objectives, ensuring transparency.
* Oversee programme budget, tracking costs versus benefits to maximise return on investment.
* Optimise resource allocation, ensuring teams are aligned with priorities and capacity planning supports efficient delivery.
My client are looking for someone with prior experience as a Programme Manager in a highly complex digital delivery and agile environment, working in a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with Jira and/or other programme management tools, as well as have strong stakeholder management experience, and a commercial mindset.
