Role responsibilities

What does the role involve?

Within our Vehicle Ordering Team you will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that quotes for new vehicles are valid, up to date and have the necessary approval required to order. You'll handle requests from company car and LCV drivers, working across a wide range of manufacturers, models, and customers — so no two days are the same! While the role includes some phone contact, most of your communication will be via email, allowing for a structured yet dynamic workload.

Attendance of the Newbury office will be required for the first 3 - 4 weeks to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Some of your key duties will include:

* Manage a portfolio of live orders, keeping track of progress and following up on any outstanding actions
* Process new vehicle orders for company car and light commercial vehicle (LCV) users, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and gather the necessary information to move orders forward

You'll bring strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues through clear and confident communication.

* Confident using a range of computer systems and tools to manage tasks efficiently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, staying organised and focused under pressure
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of your work
* Positive and proactive personality, with a clear drive to complete tasks and support the team
