Position: Supply Chain Planner
Location: Huddersfield | U.K. | Full-time | Permanent
As a Supply Planner, your responsibilities include managing inventory aligned with the commercial plan, ensuring product availability to execute the Demand Plan for the UK, and supporting commercial opportunities and service level targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production planning and coordination with manufacturers and procurement teams to ensure timely and correct production.
2. Working closely with the Supply Planning Manager to mitigate risks and reduce supply chain costs.
3. Ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of the supply plan within the Integrated Business Planning process.
4. Monitoring supply chain performance and resolving operational issues.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
* Coordinate manufacturing schedules based on demand forecasts.
* Ensure timely delivery of raw materials by collaborating with suppliers.
* Maximize opportunities and reduce constraints through capacity planning.
* Contribute to the UK S&OP process with relevant supply and NPD information.
* Collaborate across functions to align inventory actions with commercial goals and support standardization across the STADA network.
* Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in supply chain planning and demand management, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceuticals.
* Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of S&OP or IBP processes.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-management skills to adhere to project timelines and handle transition challenges.
