6-month contract - hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days WFH) - £24K FTE
Our client is based in Wokingham (parking available) and seeking a graduate from a Finance / Accountancy background (ideally) to join their Accounting Support Team.
1. Answer 1st line customer support telephone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer care
2. Build knowledge of Tax/Accounts/Nonpliance by researching and answering questions from customers.
3. Build knowledge of products and use this to offer customers support to ensure they have the best experience
4. Raise enhancements requests/defects to be reviewed
5. Assist existing and prospective customers with general sales enquiries, taking payments where necessary
6. Suggest new ideas or improvements to support materials (FAQ’s, user guides and Knowledge Base)
7. Work collaboratively ensuring you are building your individual knowledge of our products, tax and accounting processes.
What we need:-
8. A university degree which includes Accounting &/OR have AAT equivalent qualification
9. At least 6 months Customer Service Experience
10. Confident, calm and concise telephone manner
11. Clearmunication both written and spoken
12. An analytical and organised approach to problem solving
13. The ability to interact positively with customers at all levels
14. To work well under pressure
