Role
The Manufacturing Director is a key senior leader responsible for driving performance, consistency and alignment across a complex, high‑volume multi‑site operation. In this role, you will embed the company’s vision, values and leadership behaviours across all sites, while shaping the operational and capital agenda that supports medium‑ and long‑term growth. You will lead, coach and develop senior site leaders to strengthen capability and deliver consistent standards, taking ownership of KPIs and driving continuous, measurable improvement across the network. You will define and champion the continuous improvement strategy, build a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability and engagement, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, service and overall business performance.
Person
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, experienced senior operations leader, ideally with a strong track record in multi‑site management within food, FMCG or high‑throughput manufacturing. They will bring credibility, strong people leadership and the ability to influence at pace within a dynamic organisation. Confidence, analytical strength, teamwork and clear communication skills are essential.
