Practice Nurse Newburgh & Abernethy Surgery
25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team at Newburgh & Abernethy Surgery.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, traditional GP practice serving a population of just over 4,000 patients, where continuity of care remains a core value. You will play a central role in delivering high-quality nursing care, with a particular focus on -
1. Chronic disease management
2. Womens health
3. Preventative care and health promotion
Depending on your skills and experience, there will also be opportunities to support the management of minor illness.
As our practice continues to grow, this role offers genuine development potential. Over the next 12 months, there may be opportunities for the successful candidate to take on a leadership role within the nursing team as additional staff are introduced.
You will work closely with our five GP Partners, Practice Manager, and wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of patient services.
