Support Administrator
Location: Coalville, United Kingdom
Type: Full Time – Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday office hours, Friday 1.15pm finish
Salary: £12.21 Per Hour, with pay increment upon Permanent offer

Our client, a well-established company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking an enthusiastic Support Administrator to join their administration team due to company growth.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Handling customer queries via email and phone
2. Processing quotations and orders promptly
3. Maintaining knowledge of pricing and quotations
4. Supporting team collaboration and demonstrating a proactive attitude
5. Scanning and filing sales orders appropriately
6. Managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
7. Performing other ad hoc administrative duties
Candidate requirements:
1. Ability to work under pressure, independently or in a team
2. Excellent communication skills via email and telephone
3. Attention to detail
4. Experience with SAP is advantageous
5. Previous customer support administration experience
6. Understanding of good customer service principles
