We are seeking a motivated Management Accountant to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract based in Wantage.
This role will be based in the office for 5 days per week.
You will play a crucial role in providing detailed financial reporting and insights while collaborating across the business to support informed decision-making.
In this role, you will take ownership of margin and cost of goods sold analysis, as well as manage month-end duties, including forecasting, reporting, and reconciling accounts.
Your expertise will make a direct impact on maintaining and improving the financial practices of the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) and looking for a fixed-term role to leverage your financial expertise in a standalone capacity.
Key Responsibilities...
Produce reports and provide margin and cost of goods sold analysis to support business strategy.
Manage and lead month-end processes, including forecasting and reconciliations.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders to aid decision-making.
Develop strong and clear financial insights to support cost control in the business.
Work autonomously while driving collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company accounting standards.
Your Profile...
Fully or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
Proven experience working independently in a Management Accountant role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to present data clearly and effectively.
Highly proficient with financial reporting tools and software.
Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive financial improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
