Role Overview
The Receptionist at Maria Mallaband is an integral part of the care team, with some contact with residents. The role requires maintaining a friendly and courteous manner when interacting with Service Users, relatives, and visitors. As the first point of contact in the 'front of house' area, the receptionist ensures that residents, guests, and visitors are treated courteously and efficiently at all times.
Confidentiality
The Receptionist must uphold confidentiality regarding all discussions related to residents, the home, and staff, and must not discuss any issues outside of the home.
Eligibility
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance to the job location.

1. Photocopying documents
2. Filing
3. Scanning
4. Answering the telephone professionally
5. Greeting relatives and visiting professionals
6. Performing general administrative duties
