Practicus is partnering with a Property Client during a pivotal time in their journey. We're helping them urgently find a dynamic Process Improvement Delivery Manager for a crucial 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover, with potential extension confirmed!).

About the Role with Our Client:
1. Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop their talented team of 16 process professionals (3 Senior Analysts, 13 Analysts).
2. Strategic Impact: Collaborate on strategic planning to ensure the team delivers measurable business value (they're already contributing million pounds worth of annual savings!).
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently liaise with and influence senior stakeholders, right up to Director and Executive levels.
4. Drive Excellence: Oversee demand management, resource allocation, and ensure the quality delivery (using BPMN 2.0) of process improvement initiatives.
5. Champion Change: Play a key role in supporting the team and wider organisation in adopting new, efficient ways of working.
What We're Looking For:
1. Deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPMN 2.0, frameworks, mapping).
2. Proven Change & Transformation leadership skills.
3. Excellent People Management & Team Leadership abilities, especially through change.
4. Confidence engaging Senior Stakeholders.
5. Experience in complex/regulated environments.
6. Familiarity with Lean methodologies.
7. Resilience, creativity, and a drive for results! Our client values these qualities highly.
