Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs- 7:00 to 16:00, Fri 7:00 to 13:00

Responsibilities
We're now looking for a Helpdesk Operator who will be working closely with the customer on deliveries, KPI and manifesting, dealing with all areas of the Logistics and Manufacturing Business.
* Provide analyse and deliver reports on a daily and weekly basis to management and the customer
* Manage queries from internal and external customers on a daily basis
* Perform warehouse & operational administration (i.e., order processing, pod processing, data gathering) as required
* Deliver accurate information to support achievement of service level agreements, targets and reports in a timely manner.
* Working in a team environment
Qualifications
* Min 12 months Experience in warehouse operations with focus on customer environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational (task prioritisation) and administration skills
* Numerical & IT Skills
* Customer focus and detail oriented approach to work
Successful candidates must undergo a basic Access NI check; a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
